    The newly developed 200 cm width smoothing broom with 4 replaceable broom parts is the ideal maintenance device for clay courts. The brush section consists of two rows of plastic bristles and three rows of Arenga bristles. The plastic bristles at the front loosen the material, the Arenga bristles at the rear distribute the loosened material evenly over the court. The aluminum base frame has net guards on each side. Complete with a two-part, sturdy aluminum pulling handle.

  • Aluminium Clay Spreader

    The clay spreader from our own production is designed to level out unevenness on the tennis court. Filling smaller holes with brick dust is very easy with this device. The clay spreader is made of high-quality aluminum in our factory in Schönaich. The material thickness of 2 mm is strong enough to prevent bending and heavy enough to allow effective pushing.

    With a working width of 100 cm, you can work effectively and achieve quick results. The internally flattened outer edges ensure that excess brick dust does not over and is displaced over the sides.

    The handle holder has a diameter of approx. 26 mm and is designed for the corresponding wooden handle with a diameter of 28 mm and a tapered end which can be ordered separately as an additional accessory or from the drop-down menu. With a low weight of approx. one kilogram, the clay spreader can be operated easily and without great effort.

    With our clay box in different sizes you create the optimal storage space for your tennis sand. The box is made of a composite of fiberglass plastic and synthetic resin. This combination of both materials makes the box very stable and sturdy.

    Each filling box is equipped with a hinged lid, which lowers and closes automatically. The closing parts are made of stainless steel. Characterized by an absolute UV and weather resistant. This will prevent the tennis sand from getting wet in case of rain or snow. Of course, you can also use this box for road salt or other materials.

  • Granu-Top Broom

    The many advantages of a granulate floor are well known. Rubber granules give the floor good cushioning properties, which leads to less strain on the athletes’ joints. To ensure this, however, it is extremely important that it is distributed evenly across the field. Otherwise this positive effect cannot be utilized.

    This is why our Granutop, with an effective working width of 200 cm and a special arrangement of bristles, promises optimum distribution of the granules on the tennis court. The two ends are each angled at 15 cm and net guides prevent the tennis net or separating net from being torn off. Static charging cleans lint and ball abrasion from the floor covering. Incl. pull handle and weights to prevent annoying bouncing of the broom.

    Our rubber squeegee is the perfect tool to get the tennis court back in shape after an intense match or many practice hours. During a tennis session, small grain particles of the tennis surface are detached, which severely reduce the quality of the grip. These will not bond with the brick dust even after sufficient watering and must be removed. For this reason, our one meter wide rubber squeegee is just the right thing. You pull with the rubber lip over the tennis surface and remove the played out roll grain. In addition, small unevenness can be leveled.

    The device is made of weather-resistant aluminum and its middle reinforcement ensures perfect pressure balance and can be operated with a minimum of physical force.
